This non-vintage California Champagne was created using the charmat method with the second fermentation process occurring before bottling.

50%Merlot 50% Cabernet Sauvignon create the wonderful Bordeaux blend. It has aromas of cherry, spice and oak. Flavors of plum, berries and cassis with a hint of pepper. The finish is long lasting and delicious.

This Zinfandel has aromas of black cherry and black currant with hints of oak and black pepper. The flavors are ripe black cherry, currant and creamy spice with a hint of cranberry.

This tawny port is a wonderful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon. It has rich flavors of strawberry and chocolate.
